We are pleased to offer a free voice recording tool that allows you to add voice to your ecards!

The program is very simple to use and requires no installation. Just download and run it. Advanced users, feel free to use your exisiting audio editing/recording software that can save files in 8k MP3 format. Currently this tool is only available for Windows, but don't fret. There is a great free full featured voice recording program out there called Audacity, which works on Mac, Linux as well as Windows.

To use this program, you must have a microphone installed on your system. Simply hit the Record button to capture your message.

Play back the message to make sure everyting came out ok then press the Save to file button.

This will save your file to a low bit MP3 file in a folder on your hard drive. Come back to Celebrity Postcard, press the upload button while creating your card and upload the file. It's that simple.

TIPS:

A brief message is ideal for speedy upload. No more than 60 seconds is recommended. The file you create should also be no more than 3 megabytes in size.

The program records your voice in 8 bit mono. This is sufficient for internet audio and will allow you to create a somewhat lenghty message with a very low file size.
